What do we provide?

• • End User and Administrative Training

As part of our deployment, our Engineers are required to train our clients to be able to train their end users and also support the new environment. We provide Train the Trainer training for End Users and System Administrative training for select IT Support staff that would be managing the environment.

• • Flex Bench

FlexBench is an initiative aimed at Vendor partners to assist them in leveraging vendor specific expertise without having to pay for a resource. This allows the partners to be able to get the right expert when they need it without having to pay for them during slow times. We work tightly with the vendor to create a program that will train select engineers in the vendor technology and then provide those skilled resources to vendor partner community to be used in solution deployments.

Our skilled trainers create a technical lab environment and training in-house based on the vender technology roadmap.

• • Proof of Concept

NucleusIT has an extensive lab that it uses for interoperability testing between Cisco and other vendors (ie. Microsoft, Avaya, Verint, Juniper, etc.). We work with our clients and the vendor to test and validate any proposed solution before we implement it. Working in tandem with the vendor and the client ensures client satisfaction with the vendors product.
